POLICY DAYS- GUARANTEE

  • 10 days guarantee policy does not apply to regular polish or shellac color changes.
  • We are happy to fix your nail lift, chipped, cracked, or broken nail(s) within 10 days.
  • Customer is responsible for color selection, and Bif color changes are requested after all nails are applied, the change will incur an additional charge.
  • If you are unable to come to the salon within 10 days, please call us so that we can be aware and work with you in finding a solution.

– For your convenience, please inform our staff of any health conditions you may have: high pressure, recent surgery, muscle or joint injuries, pregnancy and diabetes… that may affect your services.

– We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late. You will be able to wait for the next nail technician available. We have the right to refuse services to anyone.

– Prices and information are subject to change without notice.

– We are not responsible for your lost or stolen property. Please keep all belongings with you.

– For the safety of all our customers, Children should only be in the salon if they are receiving service and must be supervised all the time by parents or guardians.

– We accept Zelle, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum charge on the credit card is $0.20

– Gift card available. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced by the salon.

– At Bravia Nail, we strive our best to provide high quality service and we treat you with courtesy and respect. Thank you for your continuing support.

We open every day and close on National Day.

Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 8 PM

Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM

Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM
